Well, that agent was completely useless.The quest continues.

So much for the houses

So, I didn't end up looking at the houses that I said I would. I spoke with my agent last night and he explained that the houses are on the extreme end of the term "fixer."  Apparently, two of them probably need over $100k in repairs (one of them having an almost condemned basement, another has bars on the windows and hasn't been updated since 1973). The last one is apparently quite loud due to being on the corner of 80th and so close to I-5.

<sigh>

I guess the search continues another day.

I'm told that the first two "need quite a bit of work." We'll see how bad they actually are.
